To conserve the various eco-systems, especially that of the Andean páramo
Encourage the rational and sustainable use of natural resources.
Develop initiatives on human activities taking place within the páramo ecosystem, by applying ecological defense criteria to the benefit of present and future generations.
Carry into effect environmental education campaigns and promote public awareness in this sense.
Support the efforts of the Ministry of the Environment in terms of conservation and management of natural areas and wildlife.
